Welcome to the Anon Legal Deaprtment!

"Anonymous is not an organization. An organization can be brought to court, an organization can be sued, and an organization can be destroyed by having a good leader taken out. It is our very lack of hierarchal structure that makes us such an enemy to the Church of Scientology. Our lack of organization makes infiltration by our enemies meaningless; a herd of cats is harder to catch than a pack of dogs."

Hello fellow Anons! If you are visiting this website, you are either a member of the group of Anonymous or a member of the "Church" of Scientology. This website is designed for the members of anonymous who have received so called "legal" doccumentation from the "Church" of Scientology, or for members of anonymous seeking legal information.

Received a "Church" of Scientology packet in the mail?

Well, that is unfortunate because the "Church" of Scientology knows who you are. DO NOT WORRY, they have absolutely no legal grounds for sending these packages. These packages are only used as a scare tactic and have no evidence to support these claims in court. The bomb threats made, harassing calls received and faxes sent to the “Church” of Scientology have yet to be proven to come from members of Anonymous. As far as a court is concerned, “Church” of Scientology members may have sent them to themselves as was done in “Operation Freakout”.

A way to respond to this packet is to send a cease and desist letter to Johnson, Pope, Bokor, Ruppel & Burns, LLP. We have typed up a little fill and print order that should do the trick. The firm will contact you back in some form after sending this to further harass you; there is no question about that. You can download the letter in PDF and Rich Text form.

This website is here to give legal advice and is not admissible for evidence in the court of law. Laws vary by County, State and Country. All legal claims have time deadlines. The deadlines may be different depending on who violated your rights and which rights were violated. For some kinds of violations, you may need to file a claim with a government agency before you can sue, and these agencies have their own time deadlines. If you do not comply with the applicable statute of limitations, you may be legally barred from pursuing your claim in court. Contacting us to describe your problem does not mean that we will represent you, and will not stop the statute of limitations from running. We cannot give you advice about the deadlines that apply to your case. To protect your rights, please consult an attorney promptly to find out what deadline may apply in your case.
